You will need to install BlizzMove, otherwise this addon does nothing!
Installing this plugin will add a small square next to the QuestTracker frame, which in turn allows you to move the frame, just like any other frame you can move with BlizzMove.
For now, resetting the position of the quest tracker is not possible, this is something that would need to be fixed in the main BlizzMove addon.
Classic support
I do not actively play classic, so there won't be extensive testing there; but for now it seems to work fine. If you find any issues, feel free to report them, but please mention which game version you're playing :)
